Notwithstanding my letter of Nov 10 I think that I may have to use it, but whether I do or nor I am equally grateful for your kindness in sending it to me. Should I not use it I will send it to you.<\/p>\n<p>I am still at the hospital though much better. Nothing will I think be done at present.
